After a trip to New York, I wanted to capture both the lively energy of the city and the industrial nature of its landscapes. I achieved this through energetic mark-making and the contrasting colour palette of both muted and impactful tones.

This is a collection of printed textiles, screen-printed onto hand-dyed cotton. I turned a selection of these prints into digital repeat prints. To reduce waste paper from stencils used during the screen printing process, I also created a selection of collages.
